As the second residential stage within the landmark Central Park precinct in Sydney’s Chippendale, The Mark together with Park Lane 5A and 5B form a cluster of three residential buildings arranged and carefully designed to create a fine grained network of quality neighbourhood space in the form of active laneways, a community square, pocket parks and the new large city parkland, that link into the adjacent communities of Chippendale and beyond to Broadway, UTS and the transport hub of Central.
