JPW was engaged to develop options for the city centre to evolve over the next 15-20 years into an integrated residential, retail, commercial and commuter hub with significantly expanded floor space and high density residential living.
The City Square will provide a new vibrant heart to the City Centre providing a multipurpose civic space with a strong connection and interaction with the adjoining developments.
It will encourage pedestrian movement and provide a safe and inviting place to meet, relax, shop and celebrate community.
The landscape team at JPW worked closely with the Holroyd City Council to engage the local residents and businesses in a series of meeting and public consultations.
