Festival Tower, a key component of South Australia’s significant urban transformation, features an all-electric design, a 6 Star Green Star rating, a 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating, extensive solar panels, high performance facades and a comprehensive rainwater harvesting system, all of which work together to minimise the building’s environmental footprint. At ground level, the building is seamlessly integrated to the upgraded public realm with the main foyer entry from Station Road and a through-site link connection to King William Road.
