We are thrilled to celebrate Walker’s remarkable achievement in elevating 6 & 8 Parramatta Square from Bronze to WELL Gold Certification—a transformation completed in just 12 months.

This is now the largest building in Australia to reach WELL Gold status. This milestone reflects not only Walker’s vision but the commitment and drive of their exceptional sustainability and operations teams.
