The Martin Place Metro precinct – comprising 1 Elizabeth, Macquarie Group’s new global headquarters, by JPW and 39 Martin Place by Tzannes above the metro station by Grimshaw – will transform the city’s financial district.
1 Elizabeth is a fully integrated over-station development shaped by and strongly connected to its unique location in the heart of Sydney. The atrium at the centre of the open public ground level overlooks the metro platform level 6 floors below with 37 floors of future-focused workplace above.
