The directors and key staff of JPW have been together since 1985. We have a pro-active and multi-disciplined design approach that seeks to turn constraints into opportunities and to develop highly innovative design solutions. Florian Hoffman

Associate

Since joining JPW, Florian has had experience with a variety of different projects from conception to completion.

Florian led the team in delivery of 3 Parramatta Square – winner of the Property council of Australia NSW Development of the Year.

He is currently Project Associate for 33 Alfred St – the renewal of Sydney’s first skyscraper.

Oliver Ju

Associate

Oliver’s expertise is demonstrated in a diverse portfolio encompassing major civic landscapes, transformative urban design projects, and landscape masterplans across both Australia and China.

Commitment to quality through meticulous design, technical excellence, and strategic collaboration has defined Oliver’s work in Sydney projects such as the Anzac Memorial Centenary Project, Campbell’s Store, and the Chau Chak Wing Museum.

Oliver led the completion of Suzhou Industrial Park High-Speed Rail Interchange and Headquarters – a transformative Transit-Oriented Development shaping a new CBD in Suzhou, China.

Oliver mentors and tutors including at the University of New South Wales.

Riccardo Cola

Associate

Riccardo has contributed to landmark projects across Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra.

His design leadership was key to the successful delivery of the innovative 6&8 Parramatta Square – the cornerstone of the urban renewal of the Western Sydney CBD, Australia’s largest commercial building and the second tallest office tower in Sydney. He is now leading the Canberra London Quarter Precinct team.

Riccardo is inspired by creating places that respond to the unique significance of each site and creating flexible workplaces of the future. He works collaboratively alongside client and consultants and by engaging with modelling and through understanding of materials, crafts authentic details and architecture.
