Recognition continues for two city-shaping projects delivered in collaboration with Walker Corporation.

Parramatta Square has been named a winner in the 2026 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, recognising its contribution to city making, long-term performance and community impact.

At the same time, Festival Tower 1 has been named a finalist across multiple categories in the 2026 Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards, reflecting excellence in workplace, sustainability and commercial development.

Together, these projects represent a shared commitment to design excellence, performance and meaningful urban outcomes and it’s rewarding to see this work continue to be recognised at both a regional and national level.
