Recognition Continues for 1 Elizabeth and Martin Place Metro Precinct

1 Elizabeth and Martin Place Metro Precinct has recieved four recent awards celebrating the project’s design excellence and integrated vision:

→ International Architecture Award 2025 – The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design, Commercial Category (1 Elizabeth).

→ Development of the Year (Mixed Use) – The Urban Developer Awards (Sydney Metro Martin Place Integrated Station Development).

Additional recognition was also received in the categories of Community Engagement and Decarbonisation in Real Estate, reflecting the broader impact of the Sydney Metro Martin Place Integrated Station Development.

These awards are a testament to the shared vision, expertise, and collaborative effort that shaped a new model of city-making at the heart of Sydney.

Congratulations to Macquarie Group, Sydney Metro, Lendlease, Grimshaw, Tzannes, Arup and the entire project team for bringing this remarkable project to life.
