Located on the Parramatta River, the Lennox will be a distinctive landmark along the northern side of the Parramatta CBD. The 42 storey building delivers more than 400 apartments above a mixed use podium comprising retail spaces and a large function centre.

The Lennox will reinforce Parramatta’s vision to be a dynamic, new and exciting place to live, work and play. JPW’s design captures a unique sense of place whilst being forward looking and visionary.

The project extends the public promenade along the river foreshore with a series of terraces that support diverse uses and activities throughout the year.
