Designed as an office campus masterplan for the Quarantine and Inspection Services which control imported and exported goods to protect the world’s environment. In addition to office space and laboratories  the campus includes landscaped gardens, a variety of open spaces for staff and visitors to enjoy and a range of services and amenities such as a Health Clinic, Recreation Clubhouse.

In the natural world animals and plants adjust their external skin to respond to varying environmental conditions. The façade design adopts these techniques with folded glass planes and triangular coloured sunhoods reflecting sunlight to produce a changing appearance with different light conditions.
