Britomart Central is a key element in the significant renewal and placemaking of this harbourside precinct in Auckland.

The conceptual approach to this site maintains the existing fine urban grain of naturally lit, active retail and hospitality uses within a lush landscaped setting connected to the city and harbour, and constructs an elevated contemporary workplace above it with dramatic visual connection through a central atrium both to the functions below and out to the broader precinct.
