Celebrating Leadership Promotions at JPW

We are pleased to share that three talented team members have been promoted.

Natalie Minasian Promoted to Principal

Natalie is dedicated to design excellence and leadership. Her ability to foster collaborative environments has been crucial in delivering of some of our most prominent projects. As Principal, Natalie will continue to shape the future of our practice and inspiring the next generation of architects.

Daniel Wainwright and Supinder Matharu Promoted to Senior Associate

Daniel has been a vital part of our team for eight years, leading numerous projects and contributing to JPW practice and culture. His expertise and creative insights have continually raised the bar for ways of working and the outcomes we deliver.

Supinder is highly experienced with a keen eye for detail. He has been pivotal in delivering the adaptive reuse of 33 Alfred Street, Sydney – an icon of Sydney Harbour and Sydney’s first skyscraper. Now in construction, this complex project will reinvigorate a piece of Modernist heritage and reinstate its place in Sydney’s civic life.

We enjoy seeing the continued impact of Natalie, Daniel, and Supinder on our projects and our culture as they lead the practice into the future. Their new roles reflect their exceptional skills, ongoing commitment to JPW and the broader profession. The promotions reflect our aim to foster talent and a culture of excellence in architectural design and placemaking. Congratulations Natalie, Daniel and Supinder.

JPW acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country and honours their continuing connection to lands, waters, skies and communities.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging – as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work; and the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation on whose land our Studio is located.
