Celebrating Excellence: 1 Elizabeth

1 Elizabeth was honored by the Australian Institute of Architects NSW Chapter with an award for Commercial Architecture, while the Sydney Metro City stations received both the NSW Architecture Medallion and the Lloyd Rees Award for Urban Design.

1 Elizabeth seamlessly integrates Macquarie Group’s global headquarters and the Sydney Metro Martin Place station into the surrounding city with a vibrant plaza space and metro entry on Hunter Street.

The Jury stated, “1 Elizabeth reflects a rare alignment of vision and execution. It is a confident, enduring contribution to Sydney’s commercial and civic life.”
