JPW is collaborating with Capital Property Group on a vibrant new destination within the heart of Canberra City.
Located at the corner of London Circuit and Northbourne Avenue, this significant project will deliver a dynamic mixed-use precinct that will enrich the city’s urban fabric and quality of civic life.
Central to the proposal is a new urban plaza that extends the public realm through the site, integrating green spaces with future Light Rail infrastructure along London Circuit, and providing important pedestrian connections to surrounding civic functions and the broader city centre.
The project will feature several distinctive buildings that respond to the unique scale and character of their context, accommodating a diversity of uses that will set new benchmarks for design excellence, sustainability and placemaking.
