The transformation of Parramatta Square reached a major milestone with the “topping out” of one of the four towers now under construction in the precinct. Property NSW is the anchor tenant in the JPW designed building which will provide more than 65,000 square metres of A Grade office space over 40 storeys.
Completion is scheduled for late 2019, with progressive occupation by various government departments.
