August marked a significant milestone for Festival Tower, now officially open!
Developed by Walker Corporation, Festival Tower enhances the Adelaide CBD, joining a wave of investment in transport, educational, and cultural infrastructure that makes the area increasingly attractive to businesses seeking a dynamic economic environment.
South Australia Premier Peter Malinauskas celebrated the completion of the 29-floor Riverbank tower by unveiling a plaque in honour of Lang Walker AO. During the ceremony, he highlighted Westpac’s move to Festival Tower as a strong vote of confidence in the South Australian economy and its future growth.
Having recently won the 2024 UDIA SA Award of Excellence for Innovation in Development, Festival Tower is Walker’s signature statement in Adelaide, setting a new benchmark in office design and wellbeing.
